Television personality Nick Cannon has had an interesting 2014. Earlier this summer he revived his hit series “Wild’n Out” and made his feature film directorial debut with School Dance. However, the actor and comedian has been in the headlines lately due to his split from legendary pop star Mariah Carey after six years of marriage. In the wake of those events he has been rumored to be consoling himself in the arms of his new client Amber Rose. Rose recently signed to Nick’s NCredible Management and no sooner than the ink dried on that contract, Amber filed for divorce from her husband rapper Wiz Khalifa.
While Cannon’s camp has denied any involvement in Amber Rose’s personal life, the court of public opinion damn sure isn’t buying it:

Cannon’s new rumored romance is another reason the Internet believes he’s quietly winning in life and we have to agree. Check out four reasons Nick is winning.
1. Business Acumen
“They running like Omar coming, this ain’t The Wire/ Still cats carry their cannons like Mariah” – Astro on
Nick Cannon was referred to as “Mr. Mariah Carey” because she has amassed a fortune more than triple the size of his. However, Nick does have his own money and lots of it. His estimated net worth of $20 million comes from his hosting duties on “America’s Got Talent,” starring in and executive producing “Wild’n Out,” his position as the chairman of Teen Nick, and his management company NCredible Entertainment (which includes a line of NCredible headphones with Monster). Cannon has done all of this while battling the autoimmune disease Lupus.
Cannon will forever get props for his breakthrough role in the 2002 role as Devon Miles in “Drumline.” You can’t go wrong with Devon Miles trying to showboat his way through life only to be force fed humble pie when he hit Orlando Jones’ band. Not only is “Drumline” one of Nick Cannon’s few flicks worth sitting through, but it also brought Zoe Saldana to our attention. Standing ovation.
In spite of being a super cornball (intentionally or not), Nick has pulled some of the baddest women in entertainment. Nick dumped Kim Kardashian once her freaky escapades with Ray J hit the net, but Cannon wasn’t sitting in dark rooms listening to Sade after the Kardashian break up. He packed his pain in the boxes of model Selita Ebanks and his future ex-wife Mariah Carey. Rumor has it Nick’s cheating was one of the reasons his marriage to Mariah dissolved. So was he being prophetic or honest when he called himself a gigolo?
4. Fearlessness

Part of maintaining some sort of longevity in anything is being fearless enough to chase your dreams. Despite continually being laughed off the charts and slandered via Twitter, Nick Cannon still releases music without regard for your or my negativity. Cannon even engaged in a war of words with one of the best rappers of our generation, Eminem, defending his estranged wife’s honor. Eminem didn’t even have to hit Nick with the full Benzino treatment before this beef got grilled. Not to mention he released an album earlier this year called White People Party Music where he dressed up in whiteface as a character named Connor Smallnut. Right or wrong that took some balls.
